When I ask my daughter what she’d like to eat for dinner she usually says – chicken and ranch (dressing). My girl prefers chicken to anything else right now. I have caved in an purchased a bag of frozen nuggets in the past for a quick meal, however, I found that making these chicken fingers from scratch took about the same amount of time. I first ran across this recipe for oven-baked pork chops but figured using this same method for chicken would be delicious as well.
What you will need:
1 1/2 lb chicken breast cut into strips
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1 cup Panko crumbs.
Cover chicken strips with Ranch dressing
Place Ranch covered chicken strip on Panko crumbs
Fully cover chicken strip with crumbs
Place on non-stick baking sheet
Repeat process with the rest of the chicken strips
Bake at 425 for 15-20min
Place on plate to cool
Serve with a side of your kids favorite veggies. My girl loves carrots, pasta and broccoli
