Better late than never! Here is the recap of Mariachi Cobre’s holiday party to celebrate the incoming New Year. Just like last year it was full of music, food and laughs. A few of the members were missing but as always, we are grateful for having each other throughout the year.
As usual the food was amazing. On the menu, tacos, shrimp, Posole, Charcuterie platter, Coxinhas, Tres Leches cake and much more.

This year I ordered Coxinhas (Brazilian Chicken Bites). I became obsessed with these little bites of deliciousness when my daughter’s teacher had them at a party.
I have yet to make these at home, but you can bet I’ll definitely be trying a recipe.
